We keep it simple and your instructor will have planned the perfect playlist to enable you to focus enough that you can forget any racing thoughts and to do lists, while ensuring there are plenty of opportunities planned into the fun, simple choreography to just let go and get lost in the music too!

DANCE

When you exercise/move/dance the body releases mood-improving chemicals such as dopamine which can improve how we feel and make us happier.

Dancing with other people can make us feel more connected to the rest of the world and those in it. It’s a very social activity.

COMMUNITY

Routines are designed to be inclusive and encourage interaction within the class. This enables participant's feel more at ease and establish friendships while creating opportunities for positive interactions.  Feelings of loneliness and isolation are a large contributor to depression and is a common barrier to exercise. Our classes are designed to overcome these barriers and build social connections.
